In case you are trying to reuse the database connection the problem
could be because your module is crashing before you can close the
database handle - you do close the database handle dont you??? Other
than that the obvious solution would be to increase the maximum number
of child running - that would decide how many simultaneous connections
can be opened with out that error message cropping up.
