What is your version of 'libpaperg' ? I think if it is version
1.0.5, it has a dependency with the latest debconf inside 'sid'
than the older version of debconf in 'woody'.

The best way to fix this is to upgrade debconf to the one you
find in 'sid'. The relevant lines to add in your
/etc/apt/sources.list file for unstable/sid is

deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian unstable main

Hope you get it fixed.
