In the earlier version of Kmail(kde 1), it was working but. It was long
back. Since mails were going without any problems I suppose it was setting
envelope_from properly because now and then, both times I was using
sendmail.

So that means sendmail checks for envelope_from and not from ? or is it
both ?

I have not created any .forward file. I am surprised how the above error
came. Still will check out tonight.
