Looking at this and going thr. the article, I had an idea.
I am member of LIH and PLUG. I see people posting good links all over it.
How about something that will make announcements/links crossposted?
Say you include it in your subject and it also gets posted to another
list(After moderation if reuqired). Or something like a list subscribing to
another list(s), in a very special mode, with restrictive posting?
I think if 4-5 lists for LUG, come together, that would make real
hangamaa....;-)

LIH is all for free speech. But it was created
for a purpose. Violations of the rules of
this list will result in stern action.
