Puts up a reply-to field, in case someone decides to reply to your post by mail
instead of following up on the newsgroup *or worse, cc's you and the
newsgroup*, and you want replies to go to another address.

Several people on usenet do "munging" by using a bogus address in the from
field to avoid address harvesters run by spammers to gather addresses ...

The way these operate (using XOVER) generally avoids the reply-to field, so
it's reasonably safe to put a deliverable address there.
