mkdir ~/.ssh
cat > ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
[select and paste the output of cat ~/.ssh/identity.pub here]
<Enter>
Control-D
cat > ~/.ssh/authorized_keys2
[select and paste the output of cat ~/.ssh/id_dsa.pub here]
<Enter>
Control-D

exit

[Now test your setup]
ssh <your userid on the remote server>@<your FQDN remote server>

[At this stage you should be dumped to a shell on your remote server]

Note: This procedure is for openssh not for SSH2 (the commercial
version).
