I have read the Docs, the FAQs, done a google search.
I have modified /etc/security/console.perms exactly as recommended, but X will not run
as a non root user.
It cries about console ownership.
The kernel version is 2.4.3 (and X is still 3.3.x, not 4.0).
The video card is a SiS6215, and a Viewsonic E40 monitor.
Any solutions?
