Hi,
I am using RedHat Linux 6.2 with MySQL. I am facing
problems with MySQL. All of a sudden, my server falls
back to Single user mode with the following error on
the console

/lib/mysql(54434) t 0 6
/dev/ida/c0d0p7 : unattached inode 2161
/dev/ida/c0d0p7 : Unexpected Filesystem
inconsistency!!!!Run fsck manually
Dropping you in to shell, after this the system will
restart
Enter Ctrl+D for normal reboot or enter root password
for maintenace :

Can any body suggest a possible cause for the above
problem
