IT IS WELL AND FINE
Kindly tell me the cheapest & most compatible NIC card to work under RD 7
YOU CAN VERY WELL USE OLD NE2000 COMPATIBLE CARD WHICH YOU CAN FIND IN SCRAB
MARKET OR Realtek 8029(10MBPS), 8139(100/10 MBPS)SERIES CARDS, WHICH ARE
VERY CHEAP.
further I want some help on network installation as ima new to linux
networking I want to run internet on two other system MY pcs would be
internet server with ftp & proxy server added
Can this be implemented
CONFIGURING NETWORK IS VERY EASY IN RH7. YOU JUST INSERT THE CARD AND THE RH
WILL FIND THE CARD, ASK YOU TO TYPE THE IP ADDRESS AND OTHER DETAILS ;)
YOU CAN USE LINUX FOR PROXY AND FTP SERVER VERY WELL. AND CONFIGURING
INTERNET IS EASIER THAN WINDOWS (as per my experience :)
