Once you have burnt the CD's put the inst.iso CD in the cdrom
drive, reboot, Set your bios to boot from the CDROM and reboot.
You will see the installation screen. Before all this, you might
want to look at the documentation or the install guide in the same CDROM.
It should be there somewhere in the CDROM.

Nothing else. These two CD's are all you need.

ISO image is the directly burnable and bootable CD image. The
first one is the directory structure, which you can download if you want
to install from the hard disk.
