I have a machine which has win 98, win nt and linux. I first installed win 98,
then linux and last win nt. Now when I boot, into "dos" (through lilo), I get
two options: win 98 and nt. Win 98 boots fine, but if I boot into win nt, I
get some error saying: boot record ... expecting AA55 but getting AA88 (or
something similar).
AFAIK, AA55 is the "magic number". What might be causing this problem ? How
do I ccorrect it ? lilo is installed in MBR.
