hello all,
here is the problem. i am looking for a chat system like something on
http://www.liveperson.com. it has a link on the site where you can click on it
and a chat window opens and an operator will chat with instantly - just like
when you call some customer service. the operator can handle several people at
once, but the customers will not know that. its just like yahoo instant
messenger chat. any ideas how it can be done? remember that i need to put the
link on a site. and a web browser interface would be nice, just like on
chat.yahoo.com, instead of downloading some client. but if its the right
solution, i wouldn't mind the download.
