noarch means it is not specifically for any architecture...eg. intel ,
solaris etc.
mostly what these packages contain are either docs... or source..
so you can safely download it and install it using the standard rpm command.
make sure to check the opackage info before u install it tho'
you'll need to know where the files are going.
