Hello,
Does anyone know of a product that can do the following.
I am trying to set-up a group conferencing system between all the office.
Therefore, you have a
"Information Technology group"
which has conference for "Linux, Hardware, Software Unix
"Accounting"
Pnl, treasury.. etc..
etc..
individual's would have access to these groups, and they can talk to other
members of each conference, also respond to each message, and send
attachments. Should be able to permission individual's against
groups/conferences. Should be able to display in one windows.

This happens in real time.
(There is a product called NEWS NET from triple point software in US does
similar to this, but all in WINDOWS NT), but I would like to get a product
to do this in LINUX. I had a look at JABBER, which is a real time chat
system, but it does meet few parts of the requirements, but not all. and may
be even write a client to this these. I just don't have the time.
Does anyone knows of a product that can do this or similar?. ( concept is,
rather than chatting, it's message's are stored and responded to in a group
based environments.)
many thanks
Hari
