Thanks a lot Kingsly. The problem here was that, I have a got a 4th CD with
debs which contains some stuff which is new but from the unstable branch of
debian. Thus apache-devel which was 1.3.9 was giving dependency problems,
since what I have installed is apache 1.3.12.
Now I converted apache-devel rpm from Red Hat 6.2 using alien and now the
php4 compilation is going on :-)
