Hi,

Yesterday I downloaded the patch for kernel 2.4.4, recompiled the kernel
and then compiled alsa-driver-0.5.10b for ens1371 card. Now kmidi plays
midi files fine. No errors. As per alsa documentation midi support is there
in alsa for ens1371. 

Then I ran lxdoom. This time the midi error which was coming for kernel
module of es1371 disappeared. mussserv ran but still not midi playback
under doom.

When I type

musserv -l at the command prompt I get the following :

rajesh@debian:~/tmp/compile/alsa$ /usr/games/musserv  -l

Available MIDI devices (use -m):
None

When I use musserver -m the cursor just waits, prompt is not coming as if
it is searching for something.

Has anybody got music working under lxdoom on Linux ? On es1371 card with
alsa ?
