Hi Amit,

There is no /dev/agpgart on your system.

[rajesh@ho /dev]$ l /dev/agpgart
crw-rw-r--    1 root     root      10, 175 Feb  4  2000 /dev/agpgart

Create one using mknod with the above major and minor numbers.

Hopefully u are loading agpgart module. If not put agpgart in
/etc/modules.
