Depends solely upon what your ISP allows you to do. Usually they have no
problem in lettting you run cgi etc but they might not like you to set
up services like mailserver. Best ask your ISP first. After that maybe
you would like to visit Suresh's nice howto on setting up various
mailservers (Suresh want to post the URL again ??).
