Out of the box. However, a little social engineering was more than enough to
get lots of passwords, given that all the other contact info was easily
available. This is one reason why so many idiots keep spamming lists of vsnl
users. Speaking of that, the worst ones so far are:
extractsoft / extractsoft1 / samtec (@roltanet.com, @zeenext.com, @now-india.net.in)

A partial list - these and many more have pride of place in about a dozen
