 When I went thr. the article, I noticed the focus on piracy and that 
government was willing to tackle it.

I don't guess those two issue will ever arise that seriously in India.

But moving government to open source is a good move, if they agree to move to 
computers in first place.

I agree that this is a useless post, but couldn't resist that. Particularly 
when one of my sys admin friend in some other company, burnt an iso as a 
single file on CD....;-) Once again...
