Use a script called updatesdhs from www.dhs.org.
Get an account, get a free domain and everytime you log onto the internet
this script will read your IP, will send it to dhs.org and will connect it
with the domainname. updatedhs works quite fine (if you don't stay connected
too long (more than 24 h at a time)) there are also some others available.
This one was for linux. Check the support section and then the dialup
section, than you'll find a link there called <<here>>. The service and the
domain is free.
