 Stupid idiot is on a  rizlernet.com dialup in Minneapolis.  Forward the log to
 [EMAIL PROTECTED] / [EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask them to thump their
 spamming user.  Then, include the fact that you are at timezone +0530 IST so
 that they can check the appropriate logs on their server after allowing for
 the time zone.
