Just configure a lan card to the ip address
given by the service provider and enter dns entry in
/etc/resolve.conf or by netconf name server
specification.


Set the default gateway to ip address given by the 
service provider by using netconf, routing and
gateways
defaults and select enable.

this should be good enough for browsing...any thing
from same system.

To share use squid proxy.
