It's been a long time since I used star office. But IIRC there is some kind
of install.sh or install.exe. You have to give /net option. Yes, that's true.
It's a /net option on unix.
Some readme in the tar must have mentioned this with proper syntax.
Never ran staroffice seriously. By the time it loaded starwrite on my 64MB
machine, I could have finished that doc in lyx.
