I work at a small ISP. We are planning to add a few local nodes at private exchanges
(think very large epbax). For obviuos reasons, we do not want to put in a NAS (too
expensive). We would like to put in a Linux based RAS, but not using modem banks. Can
someone recommend something that will work with Linux?
Users will be ppp only, without shell access.
Logging and billing have to be done at the central office, so logging will have to be
through syslog (I think pppd will cut it here).

Also, has anyone used syslog-ng over syslog?
