Hi

I just downloaded freebsd 4.3 from the net and burnt in on a cd. when i
tried installing i got the following problems.

1. When i create a seperate BSD slice for /usr (2GB), the installation
insists on writing the whole initial setup to the / slice, which was only
100MB. So I had to put all the stuff in the root slice.

2. Generally, when one of the packages cannot be installed, the installation
gives a message and continues. But for one of the packages, the installation
just crashed. (bad cd/iso file ?)

any solution to this ?

thanx
gautham
