hi !!
I've installed vmware for linux on my dual boot(linux
and win98). Now when I try to power on the vmware,
while booting it goes through the initial steps till
it comes to lilo, after which the screen fills with
zeros. So i'm unable to run windows98. Any clues what
to do ?
I've tried installing lilo on mbr and also on linux
partion.
Also, is it possibe to make a bootdisk which allows us
to get the lilo-prompt with the option of booting
either linux or dos. (The mkbootdisk creates a
bootdisk which gives us the lilo-prompt but, only
allows booting of linux, i think)
Also, thanks for all the help for kernel 2.4.5 I'll be
trying the suggestions.
