Doesn't this mean that sourceforge's or anyone else's archiving of
this message, and google's indexing of it etc. are all unauthorized,
and they can be sued by HCL? I cannot even forward this message, or a
reply to it to another person who is not on LIH. Do we really need to
court this kind of trouble?
