Wow !! that was some hot stuff Archan. I agree with you the [LIG] list
had become a battle ground, and while fighting on concepts is healthy
and in my opinion should even be encouraged, resorting to personal

List Admin(s), Archans mail grossly violated your stand you had taken
earlier. But IMHO he should not be banned for this mail simply coz he
may have posted this mail before he read your earlier mail.
One more thing although i agree with your stand on abuse, i would
request you to keep the rules fair and impartial. If personal attacks
are out, then no one no matter what their standing in the Linux
Community or their connections should be allowed to abuse/attack another
member personally.

p.s. Due to a rather daunting dead line, i had unscribed from [LIG] a
couple of weeks back. I may be out of sync with the discussions over
there, but what i said in this mail has been said in general. I have
benefitted a lot from the LI* mailing lists, I would hate to see it get
screwed up.
