If your doze partition is called DOS, then yes.
boot=/dev/hda
install=/boot/boot.b
prompt
timeout=50
default=dos
image=/boot/vmlinuz
label=linux
read-only
root=/dev/hda5
other=/dev/hda1
label=dos
and then run lilo
