Not a problem!
Squid would listen on both the interfaces if you dont specify the IP
address to listen on.
I also said, its good to use it though, because the machine has two
interfaces, and you'd not want people from outside your lan to know that
you are running squid. They may not be able to use the proxy though,
because of the ACL's on squid, if you have put them.
