Cannot create output is likely to be either full mailbox (if you are using
quota to set hard quotas), or a full partition (in /var, say?)
Thing is, this can only be done with your local delivery agent - and procmail
is not the most configurable LDA around.
I strongly suggest you switch to Courier IMAP (http://www.courier-mta.com) -
the newer versions also come with pop3 support in case you dont want to
migrate the settings of several dozen user workstations.
Oh, by the way, upgrade your sendmail while you are at it - 8.9.3 configured
with linuxconf (I guess, from seeing the 8.8.7 cf file) is not the safest or
best of setups to use :)
