Obviously. They don't even know to configure _all_ their MXs to accept mail
for rediffmail.com by putting it in the qmail rcpthosts (so that mail to
rediffmail.com users is rejected by rediffmail's own mailservers with
"relaying denied").
At least, I used to see a lot of this some time back. Might have been fixed
now ...
