[LIH] / has reached its maximal mount counts

Hi everybody,

 Sometimes I get this message while booting RH 7.0, that the root has reached
its maximal mount counts. and it starts scanning my root filesystem. Can somebody
tell me how to stop it or increase the mount counts.
