[LIH] how to install jbuilder4.0 on linux

Dear friends

i am trying to  use  the  command
#tar xvzf jbilder-----.tar.gz to the dow loaded file of
jbuilderfoundation from the net.

now its giving the error  that file is now ending properly ,

that means what ???can anybody help me
