1. You can't do it with procmail
2. The only possible solution at the mailserver level is with sendmail 8.10.x
/ newer versions (current: sendmail 8.11.x) and Milter - or at the client
end, adding a footer as the signature in each mail client (or as a common
footer in a webmail app)
3. If you want milter, you have to write it yourself. Nobody has bothered to
write one - as it is generally considered bad manners to fiddle with a mail
in transit like this, and because such disclaimers are not enforceable, worth
precisely zero, and a total waste of bandwidth.
