mail.vsnl.com / mail.vsnl.net (the ones running Netscape Messaging Server /
iPlanet) seem to generally suck. The postfix boxes (*.vsnl.net.in) are
fairly OK, from what I can see.
So, even if you are using a vsnl.com or vsnl.net address, use the old
giasbg01.vsnl.net.in (or whatever) address.
VSNL uses a shared dialup pool throughout India - and all its servers will
relay for this shared dialup pool.
