[LIH] Ethernet Cards not detected by linux on compiling kernel

Hi! All,

I upgraded the kernel from 2.2.14-12 to 2.2.16 on RH Linux 6.2.  Ethernet
Cards were not detected by linux on compiling kernel. And are failing during
startup. Please help...
