well get the modules . download the following files:
XFCom_* and  I810* don't remember the complete name. from intel's site.
a simple search will lead to a lot of pages.

also i would suggest the following : get a new kernel: 2.2.18 or higher 2.4
is there in may 2001 pcq
get xserver 4.0.2  - june 2001.

and follow the excellent readme with xserver package.
believe me it works like a charm !!
