Install Loadlin in your Win98 partition, and boot through
Loadlin. For full details on how to make a  Loadlin based
multi-boot system visit:

http://geocities.com/usmbish/loadlin-hdi.html

Once you are comfortable, either  continue  booting with
Loadlin, or do a lilo -v to overwrite the MBR with  LILO
boot record ...
