I created two new partitions /dev/hda13 and /dev/hda14. Now when I try to
mount ( after putting it in fstab ) I got following error:

[root@rai /root]# mount /dev/hda14
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hda14,
or too many mounted file systems

I guess I need to format it and make file sysytem. Please guide me how to
do this.
