l0 - > is the loop back (driver if it is a module ).if
it is a module then rmmod and insmod .and see what
message do you get regarding loop back
could you send me the squid conf file
what message are you getting on the browser .also
please take a look at the acl .there must be some
parsing prob i suppose if you have a back up squid
conf then use it or compare
