go to /usr/src/linux2.2.19 and ## make xconfig ##. You will get a
tcl/tk gui. configure and test by make bzdisk. If you go to 2.4.5, the
image does not fit 1.44 MB disk. You will have to format it for higher
density. Not a very safe process.
After all that only root can while away his time listening to CD's .
Others must work in silence. It requires lots of change of perms to
allow other users into sound.
