No Yujin. windowmaker is a window manager which draws & manages the windows
on your screen. Don't confuse the term window with windows. 

For running windows programs on linux u will have to install wine which is
given on Sept. 2001 CD of PCQ.

There are so many of them. If u want console based than nothing can beat
'vi' :-)

For graphical editors pick your favourite from :

glimmer, kwrite, bluefish etc.
(glimmer will be the best for your requirements).
