Change your DNS servers - use something like Satyam / BPLNET etc.
Just about every ISP hasn't realized how to lock down your DNS servers by
only returning authoritative answers for domains they serve if queries come
from outside their IP space and refusing to redirect queries received from
other IP ranges.
