no .. certainly not .. i have verified this .. this hdd is detected
as 40 gigs on 700Mhz PIII coppermine and PIII500Mhs

yeah dat is there .. but both of fdisk and hdparm have some number
of cylinders totalling upto 33.8GB more than 32 gb reported by bios

exactly thats why im asking u all to end this thread

first one is linux native root
last one is linux swap .. and before dat two linux native and 
one windoze but i think ill have to re partition ..
