If your LILO results in the 1024 voodoo, you may have
to forget about LILO. You can install Linux after the
Windows partition even below 30mb, and  still achieve
a dual boot with loadlin for now, if  you  don't want
to install an external boot loader like xosl.

Later. you may consider "grub". Don't know if PCQ-7.1
has provided for it.
