Hi all, Since last couple of weeks or so, I can't dial-up from my m/c. I'm using wvdial for ppp dial-up connections. I even tried kppp and dialer in gnome also, but with no help :-( My ISP is Roltanet.
Wvdial always exits with an error code 17 which says that it has detected *serial loopback*. Previously it used work without any hassels. Plz help me out with the problem. Btw, what is serial loopback? Thanks a lot in advance.
