./configure --help|grep qt - check for the path where qt libs and include
files are installed, specify that in arguments to ./configure (maybe
something like ./configure --with-qt-libs=/usr/lib/qt etc)
You might also want to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH and run ldconfig if your qt libs
are installed in any other location than specified in /etc/ld.so.conf
