4MBPS according to VSNL. Practically it keeps fliping it's roles from dialup to
lease line. We experience every kind of connectivity in a day...;-)
If everything is good, then an ISO download lasts for about an hour. That's with
some download accelarators..;-))
And given need of cygwin, I can find almost every version of it on some machine
in company. So it's not exactly a download. A post on internal newsgroup would
turn up the pointer for me.(OK I have downloaded it anyway..)
